But before you contact us please make sure you check all of the following points:
✅ You have checked the date of the statement. In some cases we send out 2 statements in short succession and any missing transactions can be found in the second statement.
✅ If you are concerned about a missing payment do note that we bill 1 month in arrears so any missing payments might well show up on the next statement.
✅ It can take up to 15 working days for a transaction to settle and then a further 5 days for it to be paid in to your account. Please make sure this time has passed prior to contacting us as we can't expedite payments if this time hasn't passed.
